Don’t be duped by people who over-spiritualize planning or a proposed solution.

They mistakenly think if we keep meeting long enough, then the results will appear.

Here’s another example of missing what your plan needs to succeed, “If we come up with enough good ideas or one great idea, then our church/organization will get better and better!”

Over-spiritualization and the belief that it just takes a good idea miss these two bedrock necessities.
