Types of Panicking

Most people don’t realize the implications of their own internal emotional state.
They think what’s going on inside them only affects them. That’s not true.

In reality, your internal emotional posture shows up in your voice modulation, your bodily movements, the tenseness in your muscles, and in the words you choose.

As a wise man once said, “You cannot NOT tell what’s going on inside you.”

Lack of control on the inside shows up on the outside and affects every person in the room. And they don’t forget what happened. Yes, God and others may forgive us, but the better path is to avoid anything that needs apology later.
