Three Keys to Hiring/Recruiting Leaders

Recruiting people to lead in your area of ministry is scary.

The fear seems to go up several notches when you hire ministers.

Experienced leaders know it takes about six months on the job to know who you really hired.

Today’s video shares three key indicators of a great hire. No method of hiring/on-boarding leaders is perfect. But I have found following these three guidelines (when you can) greatly increases your chance of hiring someone who will take that area of ministry to new levels of impact and kingdom effectiveness.
