When I started in the ministry, I was all about efficiency.

At least I thought I was.

Problem was my “efficiency” took more time, more hassle, and more aggravation for me and those around me.

In this video, I share why “Cut to the chase,” and “Get to the bottom line” actually took more time.

Then, I share the Ten Units of Time principle I discovered that has since saved me countless hours and helped everything I do go more smoothly. Even the times I forget this principle remind me of its importance.
