One Simple Way to Level Up

The essence of leadership includes continual improvement.

It’s included in the leadership strategy of Jesus when He told us those who follow will do greater things than He did (John 14:12). The Gospel of Luke, chapter two tells us Jesus “kept increasing.” So should we.

Most every day I ask God how I can improve. “Show me what I need to change for you to use me more, dear Lord!” is an oft-prayed prayer of mine.

Years ago I found a simple key I use most every day. It clarifies my contribution, puts life and ministry in perspective, and it gives me insight I don’t think I could gain any other way.
