Are You Missing Something?

I’ve been working on me since I went into ministry at age 26.

Things didn’t go well in that first, inner-city church. My continual question was: What do I need to change about me?

I worked on everything I knew to work on: attended seminars, listed to (in that day) cassette tapes, read books, interviewed leaders and any other material I could find.

The answer to the question: am I missing something? Didn’t get answered until I discovered how God’s Word shows us those answers.

What I didn’t expect is that Jesus would also unlock the process of growing and leading an organization. In the Scriptures, He gave us the outline as He led the church.

Also included is the overall life development process and how it fits together.
