When I first entered ministry, I woefully underestimated how my personal interactions impact in the lives of the people in my ministry.

When I talked with people, whether an “official visit” or just seeing them in a restaurant, I did not realize how people heard what I said. 

I also lacked comprehension of the extent of our conversation. I wish I would have known Key #6 of managing multiple ministries.

When I did learn Key #6, it was a game changer. It really improved every area of ministry. It can do the same for you.
