How Leaders Play the Lottery & Why It Doesn’t Work

Lots of leaders play the lottery.

Now, they don’t buy a ticket to get some cash (as far as I know.)

But they unknowingly play the lottery with their leadership.

This approach fails because these leaders:

• Wait too long to act

• Possess unrealistic expectations of the results
