Keys to Wisdom: Discretion

Discretion gives you wisdom about what to say and what not to say.

It also guides when to say it. The right thing said at the wrong time counter produces the desired impact.

Discretion also directs you to say it to the right person.

Discretion increases as your influence increases.

It has to.

What may have been an okay choice at one level creates more problems at a higher level. More people are affected, more focus misdirected, creating more chaos in a larger, more complex operation.
