Growing organizations are led by growing leaders. If a non-growing leader takes over a growing organization, it won’t be long until that organization’s effectiveness reduces. On the other hand, a growing leader can lead a stagnant organization to increasing effectiveness over time.

So, how do you grow as a leader?

In this week’s video, you’ll discover the four key areas you need to increase to continually grow. Miss any one of these areas and you negatively affect the other areas of your life and the organization you lead. It really is a package.

For example, being successful at running a church, non-profit or business and losing your family isn’t really success. Likewise, successfully developing a family while presiding over a declining organization isn’t why we sign up either.

Focusing your attention on your own personal development is the key difference maker in your life and the organization you lead.

Here are the four key areas for you to grow as a leader.

By the way…Jesus grew in these same areas.
