You know the drill… manage the budget, manage the staff, ensure great experiences for those who come. If you’re a pastor you should add preach, teach, care, recruit leaders, provide space and do outreach.


You must do these things, but performing these tasks is not leading.

And, preaching? Preaching supports leading, but preaching is not leading.

The most effective organizations/churches operate by using the same process Jesus used in leading the church.

Here in the gospel of Matthew, chapter 16 is where you start.
