The Hardest Part of Leading (and How to Solve It)

Leadership involves a lot: knowing what to do, following a budget, holding other people accountable, clarifying the vision, on-boarding new leaders, moving or re-moving leaders who are not a good fit. 

This just begins the list. 

Yet, there’s one key area that supplies the impetus for all the rest. 

Living as a leader for the last three decades showed me where to focus.
