What Christmas Teaches About Following God

We just celebrated the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

This heart-warming time of year reminds us of the most important things…our relationship to the Lord, that all love comes from Him, and that there’s one true God in all the universe.

What we may miss, however, is what Christmas teaches us about taking on God’s call. The responses of Zechariah, Mary, Joseph, and the shepherds mirror ours when faced with a big step up in our call and a big step deeper in our surrender.

I have found every new thing God calls me to do follows this same pattern.
